●      All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order placement.

●      Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Serviceable Areas

We currently ship across all major pin codes in India.
If your area is non-serviceable, our team will contact you for alternative delivery options or refund.

 

4. Shipping Charges

Duties and customs charges for international orders are to be borne by the customer.

6. Packaging & Handling

All items are carefully packed in tamper-proof packaging. Fragile items are bubble-wrapped or foam-padded to ensure safe delivery.

 

 7. Delays, Damaged, or Lost Orders

●      If your order is delayed, damaged, or not delivered within 10 days:

o   Share your Order ID and, in case of damage, unboxing videos of the packaging

●      We will resolve the issue via replacement or refund within 3-5 working days after review

Replacement delivery timeline

·       Within Tamil Nadu: Replacement orders will be delivered within 7 working days

·       Within India (outside Tamil Nadu): Replacement orders will be delivered within 10 working days.

·       International (Other Countries): Replacement orders will be delivered within 20 working days.

 

 8. Holiday & Sale Periods

During unforeseen circumstances such as force majeure, major holidays, sales, or festival seasons, delivery timelines may extend due to high demand. We appreciate your patience during such times.
